Layering powder blush over cream blush can give you a glam, airbrushed look vs using just a cream blush on its own.

Or if you want a glowy/dewy more natural look look, you can apply cream blush on top of powder blush to minimize the mattifying effect.

Apply blush shade with a brush or fingertips along the apples of cheeks and blend upwards for lift. You may also apply this shade as a pigmented lip colour or blend it out for a soft flush of colour on the lips.
